La Guerrerense

Guerrerense is an unheralded jewel among Mexican restaurants in the Northwest side. They have worked hard over the past couple of years to expand their menu greatly (e.g., who else offers six or more different soups every day?). The details matter to them: The tortillas are house-made, the bread for the tortas is at least two notches above what others in the neighborhood settle for, the salsas are delicious and have a unique personality. The whole place is very professionally run with an efficient and skilled staff both front and back of house.

This is my second time ordering from here and it was delicious. The first time I ordered the steak taco meal and it was really good. I loved the beans and rice. This time I ordered the chicken taco meal and it was also delicious. This is now my go to Mexican restaurant.

Food arrived 45 minutes early amazing service wish I could have tip the driver more. Milkshake was only have filled that is my only complaint to the restaurant. Thank you very much have a wonderful day

Steak tacos, steak nachos, steak tostadas, potato flautas and all 3 types of pozole are DELICIOUS!!!!!!
I will continue to order from them and try different menu options.

Foods always amazing and on time. There was issues with the GrubHub prices vs restaurant prices. But they fixed it very tasty food and great customer service.
